a solid stay, despite a minor hiccup

the staff was cute, and the facilities looked fabulous. the location proved excellent for catching the ferry. i liked having a starbucks on site for early mornings. the hotel also offered plenty of parking, convenient, and i found the food to be surprisingly delicious.
I did notice that the shower had some filth. It looked as though it wasn't cleaned. it was a bit off-putting, but everything else was in order.

the hotel offered convenient access to the ferry terminal, essential for my trip. the proximity to transportation hubs greatly simplified my travel arrangements, especially with luggage. i could easily reach nearby destinations without significant transit time.

my king room had a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. the water pressure in the shower was very good, making mornings easier. the room also included efficient ventilation that quickly eliminated odors; this was a very welcome feature.

clear doordamaged port
I found problems THAT annoyed me. THE clear door to the shower room felt unnerving. I couldn't turn on the light WITHOUT activating the loud extractor fan. This would definitely wake up my partner if I used the bathroom at night. some plug points didn't work. One USB port had been damaged, so I couldn't use it at all.

The room featured a fantastic layout with adjustable privacy glass for the shower. The leisure complex was quite good. I found the breakfast to be really nice.
The hotel is close to roads on most sides and can be a little noisy sometimes.

The staff offered prompt assistance upon arrival. Breakfast service had ample seating and a simple process. The room featured a shower with switchable transparent glass (quite interesting!). Public restrooms were consistently clean and well-kept. I found this very useful. Deliveroo service extends until 3am (a nice perk!). The bed was super comfortable (i slept like a log!). Check-in was efficient and the staff were very helpful. The location is convenient, not far from Gunwharf Quays. The modern features throughout the hotel are well-kept.
The glass door on the shower provides minimal privacy, especially when sharing the room.
